public speaking

Do you need a speaker for your group or event?

I have spoken to groups large and small over the years  including CWA meetings, church groups, Wellness for Lawyers and Probus Clubs.

I have a relaxed and friendly style. I am always practical in what I say, so people leave feeling empowered, educated and encouraged to make do-able changes in their lives.

See below for different topics I can talk on.

If you’d like more information or would like to book me for your event, contact me, I’d love to try and help you.

What topics can I speak on?

A wellness lifestyle

Wellness can feel like a bit of a puzzle.  Really it’s a matter of understanding all the different aspects of our lifestyle that impact on how we feel so we can make improvements!

This is what I’m most passionate about – how to weave together into practical steps how to make small changes in all aspects of our lifestyle.

Essential oils

Would your group like to learn more about what essential oils are, how to use them and some commonly used oils and how they can be used in every day ways?

I can adapt my workshop into a  presentation that will leave your guests feeling informed and empowered with another option  for supporting their overall health and wellness.

It was such a pleasure to have you speak, Annabel, at out #timeforchange event earlier this year. Given the number of questions you were asked, it was clear your practical and engaging presentation about taking care of our health and wellness was so well received. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your passion for wellness with us and for encouraging us to make small changes to help get the most out of every day. Would love to have you present again next year.
